Dr. Leung graduated with Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine) degree from RMIT University, Australia and Bachelor of Chinese degree from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He has also obtained Vocational Qualification Certifications as Massage Therapist and Chinese chef by the Ministry of Labour of the Peoples' Republic of China. He is an expert in Chinese Nourishment of Life practice with health diets. He believes that "you are what you eat".
